During booking, you are required to provide your name and room number if you are in a hotel or house number and name if you stay in an apartment. Cancellation is only allowed before a masseuse has left. Cancelling when the masseuse is on the way is chargeable at $10 to cover for inconvenience caused. Clients from United Kingdom India, Sri Lanka, & Pakistan will go through additional security and verification measures including requirement to deposit 50% deposit while booking massage on the site due to increased number of complaints and scam reports from masseuses about clients from the above countries.
Duration of the massage:
On average, a normal full body massage goes for one hour, unless otherwise stated prior that the duration will be specific other than the normal 60 minutes, or unless there is a discount provided. After exhausting an hour receiving a massage and you would like more duration for the massage, normal rates apply for the extra hours of massage that you will receive or as agreed with your masseuse. On average, swedish massage=60minutes, deep tissue massage=60 minutes aromatherapy=60 minutes and sensual 60-90minutes depending on the type of achievement expected.
Payment
Payment for the massage is normally after completion of the massage session. Massage Therapists usually accept payment in form of Kenyan Shillings, but also accept major currencies only including US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euro and Sterling Pounds.
