Our mobile massage services are available at clients' preferred locations including homes, offices, and hotels. Services must be pre-booked and confirmed via our booking platform, phone, or official communication channels.
3. Client Terms
3.1 Booking & Payment
• Clients must provide accurate personal, location and contact information during booking. • Payment must be made via accepted methods prior to or immediately after the session. • Delayed or under payments may attract penalties or service refusal.
3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours in advance. • Cancellations within 6 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows may be charged the full service fee.
3.3 Conduct
• Clients must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for the service. • Any inappropriate behavior (sexual advances, harassment, or intoxication) will result in immediate termination of service with no refund, and possible banning from future bookings.

4. Therapist Terms

• Therapists operate as independent contractors, not employees of Nairobi Freelance Masseurs.
• The Company does not provide insurance, taxes, or employment benefits.
4.3 Service Delivery
• Therapists are required to offer outstanding services.
• Therapists must communicate promptly regarding bookings, delays, or issues.
• Repeated lateness, complaints, or unprofessional behavior may lead to suspension or termination from the platform.
5. Liability
• The Company is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or health issues arising from services caused by gross negligence of the therapists or the clients.
• The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to property during appointments.
