We’re glad to announce that we are now offering complementary airport drop off services within Nairobi. If you’ve just stepped off a plane, tired and aching from a long flight, there can be no better antidote to your ailments than an airport transfer direct to your destination followed by a soothing massage afterwards. The service will be available to all clients landing at either Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or Wilson Airport.

To qualify for the complementary transfer, you need to book any massage package from $100 and above from any of the masseuses. The fee can be paid to the chauffeur after drop off or to the masseuse when you meet up. If you decide to pay for each service separately, you’ll have to pay the driver $20 for the drop off then deduct it from the massage as you pay the masseuse for the massage session. If you do not wish to book a massage but would like to book either pickup or drop off alone, you can do so too although the rates will be a bit higher as compared to the clients who book pickup and massage combined.

Delayed flight? relax as all pickups include complimentary wait time – 60 mins at airports, 15 mins everywhere else. For airport pickups, our chauffeurs use flight tracking to ensure they are there when you arrive. You will be picked immediately you land. You can also decide to meet your masseuse immediately you land and accompany her to the hotel.

All-inclusive Package
If the rate of Nuru massage by a particular masseuse is $100 for 90 mins, you’ll still pay the $100 for 90 mins even if you are picked from the airport. Sounds amazing, right? That means even if you get picked up or not, the rates for the massages remain constant, depending on the masseuse. Complementary pickup only applicable to over $100 massage packages

Flexible Adjustment
Make changes to rides or cancel for free up until 1 hour before one-way transfers and 24 hours before hourly bookings.
To book a pickup please let us know at least 72 hrs in advance, although short notice bookings can also be considered.

The necessary steps are simple: just provide the pickup and destination data and you will be booked right away. You can also book complementary massage service that comes packaged with free airport pickup or drop off. If you would like to book just the pickup without the massage, you can do so too. We operate 7 days a week.
Hours of operation include;
Daytime: 08:00 am -07:00 pm
Night Hours: 07:30 pm-12:00 am We only offer airport pickups and drop offs in Nairobi, i.e Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (Jkia) and Wilson airport. If you would like, you can order you favorite masseuse to accompany you to the hotel to receive the massage and enjoy discounted rates for the massage. That is however optional as you can order a massage later although standard rates will apply. We also offer tour guiding and sight seeing outside Nairobi and you can choose your preferred companion as the tour guide.
